Our projects
JFS Properties is oriented towards the development of real estate projects, with greater prominence in Mozambique, in the provinces of Maputo, Nampula and Cabo Delgado.
It develops projects for residential and tourist buildings, commercial and industrial, new construction or reconstructions.
The company’s activity begins with the definition of the project needs, from the previous study to the conclusion of the work. The activity ends with the sale or lease of the property, and it may also be necessary to monitor maintenance and asset management work.
